Avon follows a stringent Quality Control process to ensure that your finished product is made to exact specifications. Quality is a collective effort achieved from both management and employees through robust processes and inspection plans.
Avon utilizes CMM’s with Pc Dmis software and a Gleason Gear Analyzer to offer extensive machining and gear inspection quality control services. Since 2007, we have utilized PLEX, a fully integrated ERP system.
Avon Machining is committed to satisfying all applicable requirements of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, AS 9100D, and our quality objectives.
All personnel at Avon Machining are expected to adhere to the requirements of this Quality Policy.
