Avon’s large diameter CNC machining ability allows us to build parts that fit any size truck – off highway or on. With 110,000 ft2 of manufacturing space devoted to a range of processes, up to and including in-house balancing. We’re able to take a project from raw material to finished parts with the highest efficiency possible.
Additionally, Avon’s in-house metallurgy and inspection lab facilities ensure we only ship high-quality parts. Gears are inspected to all products are held to rigorous quality standards per AS9100D.
